Booking & Purchase Policy
Online Courses
Digital products purchased through the shop are not eligible for refund or exchange requests.
Online courses will be available to access for as long as my website is live, and you are guaranteed access for a minimum of a year from purchase.
There will be plenty of notice given if I ever choose to close my website down, and all written and audio content will be made available in mp3 and pdf format.
Workshops
Workshop tickets cannot be refunded but may be transferred or sold to another person.
Cancelling & Rebooking Sessions
If you need to cancel
Please let me know as soon as you are able if you cannot make your session so I can book you in for my next available date. As a gesture of goodwill I am able to transfer your session once with no extra charge.
Refund policy
For one to one sessions and retreat days, refunds are only available on request if I am given a minimum of 48 hours notice before your session start time.
For late cancellations (within 48 hours of session start time) I am not able to refund but can transfer to another date or exchange for digital product(s) of similar value in my online shop.
If after a late cancellation you choose the option of transferring to another date, please be aware that I am only able to offer this once. Last minute cancellation of the subsequent rebooked session will not be able to be refunded, transferred again or substituted.
Refunds take 5-10 business days to process through my payment system, this is not in my control.
If I need to cancel
I am a mother of three children and while this brings it's many gifts to my work, when booking in-person services please be aware that there is a small chance I may need to rebook you in the event of illness or accident. If this occurs you will be offered my earliest possible date or a full refund.
I am aware that when booking with me, some clients travel and book accommodation. Please know that this is done at your own risk and if in the event I need to cancel due to illness or accident I cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
I also work as an on-call doula. When booking work with me I will make you aware if I am currently on-call, which brings with it the small chance of needing to rearrange our session if my client goes into labour. You are then able to decide whether you would like to continue with your booking or postpone until I am off-call.
