I bring a calm, embodied wisdom from Over ten years of experience

to all women and families that I work with. I have a deep understanding of the spiritual and emotional implications of growing and birthing a child and the sacredness of the birth experience. I see birth as an opportunity for incredible healing, enlightenment and transformation and my work for this life is to honour those experiences.

A doula is a loving witness, holding space for your birth journey to unfold

I am experienced in all types of birth from wild pregnancy and freebirth, home birth with midwives, birth centre births, labour ward, induction of labour, to being second birth partner in theatre for planned caesarean section.

Initiation into birth and motherhood can take many forms, all beautiful and sacred.

I have had three waterbirths, one on a midwife-led unit, one a home freebirth and one a high-risk labour ward birth.

You already know how to birth your baby

and you already hold all the wisdom you need within you. You don’t need me to give birth, but if you feel called to be held, supported and heard by an experienced female presence during your pregnancy and birth, I'd love to connect.


Birth Package - £1800 plus mileage

  • One initial no-obligation telephone connection

Mileage charged at 40p per mile and billed separately. Deposit of £600 required to secure my services for your due time and remaining balance to be paid by 38 weeks of pregnancy.


I am currently intensely mothering my third child and am not available for birth support at this time.

Postnatal Doula

As you’re holding your new baby, who is holding you?

Babies come into this world expecting to be loved, held, and have their physical needs met. New mothers also need all the things their babies need - to be fed, to be held, to sleep. In those precious, exhausting early days our ancestral mothers and grandmothers would have surrounded the new mother with care and attention as she got to know her new baby.

As a postnatal doula my role is that of “wise-woman friend”. I am an experienced birth worker who is trauma informed and has supported hundreds of women through their transition to motherhood. I can visit you during those first few weeks with your baby and listen to your birth story, how you are finding becoming a mother… I can make you a cup of tea, massage your feet, tidy up around the house.

I am a trained babywearing consultant and am able to teach you how to use your baby sling, I am also a breastfeeding peer supporter and can support you to understand normal breastfed baby behaviour, as well as being a baby massage instructor and supporting you to use positive touch with your baby.

My postnatal visit is £100 plus mileage for two hours and includes

🌹 A home made sourdough loaf

🌹 Warming vegan curry, soup or stew

🌹 Herbal tea to support postnatal womb healing and breastfeeding

🌹 A flower remedy chosen just for you to gently support the energy body

🌹 Option of foot or shoulder massage
